
NEW LOCATION: Guild monthly meetings are held at Good Samaritan Lutheran Church at the Lakes, 8200 W. Sahara Ave. Las Vegas, 89117 at 9:00 AM, on the second Saturday of the month, September - June. We typically have a raffle, Show and Tell, guild library sampling, business meeting, and a short program. Masks are optional, as are snacks.
Visitors are welcome! We also support an online Zoom meeting, and those on our email list receive email invitations with a zoom link a week in advance.

9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Dye Day. Watch the newsletter for location and details on this annual exploration of dying techniques. Bring your own materials and use guild members' dye supplies and equipment. We will also share a potluck brunch while our newly-dyed creations dry.

This annual Spring Mountain Ranch State Park celebration is great! Guild members demonstrated spinning and weaving for visitors on Saturday October 4, 2025.

The Guild demonstrated spinning and other fiber arts at the Southern Nevada Farm Fest at Horseman's Park on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025.

On Saturday, October 18, 2025, Guild members demonstrated a variety of fiber arts at the Nevada State Museum & Springs Preserve.

Many people joined us at the Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort State Park, 500 E. Washington at Las Vegas Blvd. on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Members demonstrated handiwork such as spinning, weaving, knitting and other fiber craft to celebrate Nevada Day and Halloween. This year, a local desert tortoise joined the fun!

The Complex Weavers gathering was held in Wichita, Kansas on July 6-9 2024. HGA's Convergence followed on July 11-17, 2024.

The 2027 Intermountain Weavers Conference will be held in Colorado Spring, CO July 6-10, 2027.

The annual Sheep to Shawl event was held March 21, 2026 at the Frontier Homestead State Park Museum from 10 am - 4 pm. Watch wool go from shearing through washing, carding, dyeing, spinning, and then used in knitting, crocheting and weaving. Entrance fees were $4 per person, $20 per family (up to 8 persons).
